I just did the Butts and Guts premix that is the floor and abs premix from the original dvd I have. The premix is 59 1/2 mins long and consists of warm up, outer thigh, glute squeezes on ball, Hamstring roll in, repeat roll ins, floor work with ankle weights all the way through, then repeat just the part on hands and knees with ankle weights, abs with weights and ankle weights, then finish with the stretch. In the workout manager and the blender, it's good until the floor work. It doesn't repeat the ankle weights on all 4's and it has the stability ball abs after the regular abs. The blender also does not have all the detailed chaptering that the dvd has. I hope I've detailed this enough for you. Thanks
