I was just watching your Pyramid Upper Body program and would like some information on the step/bench you used. Who makes it and where can I get one? Love your step workouts. Thanks.

but the step she uses it from the step company. here is a link to some places that sell the step and extra risers.they usually run $50-$85 depending where you look,shipping,etc etc.
