Step
Med ball
Stability Ball
Light hand weights
Gloves/wraps/weighted gloves (only needed if you are going to use bag or if you want a little added intensity)
Heavy Bag (optional and used only for the heavy bag bonus workout)
Jump Rope (optional, you can also pretend and go through the motions, but promise me you will JUMP, wink)
