Does anyone know which medicine ball size is best to purchase. I just ordered the coremax video. Also any recommendations on resistance bands? I am 5'2'' and an intermediate level exerciser! Thanks.

I think she is using an 8 lb med ball. You can also use a dumbbell for a lot of the moves to first see what poundage works for you. Then you can get a med ball.
