Good Mornig Ladies,

Lately I have been feeling so worn out.I have been working alot of hours so I know that doesn't help.Plus, recently I have become a shift worker which includes night shifts.
I can remember a couple of years ago (when i was a couple of lbs lighter)I would go go go all day...I would not stop.I had so much energy, it was crazy. Now,I get up,do the normal,by lunch time I am ready for a nap.Even yesterday morning, after 8 hours of sleep, I felt like I looked tired. You know what I am talking about.Your not tired but you feel like you are dragging your feet.
Also a couple of years ago, I would get off of work at 9 and workout. Now I can barely workout at 7.Just to lazy.

So I am looking for some answers as to why I feel this way.
1.Could it be the weight I have gained over the last couple of years? (about 6 lbs)But I am still far from overweight
2.My increased work loan
3.I like sugar and that probably doesn't help.
4.Could my motabolism me slow? (which is also where the weight came from)
Does anyone have any insight? As this happened to you? Are there any vitamins I can take to give me energy?
I have had my blood checked and they say I am completely normal.Everything is perfect.
Maybe it is just something at my end that I can change.I have seen some vitamins on the market that contain green tea, are these any good?
If anyone as any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated!

You sound normal to me with how busy you are. Ocassionally, I take naps after my workouts if my body is telling me I am tired or any other time. Everybody is different too. After I take a nap, I am energized once again. I should take vitamins too, but the ones I could take say to take three times a day after meals, and I always forget. I will take one in the morning and never remember to take another so I just don't take any.
Green Tea is so good for so many things. Great for your teeth and prevents decay. Drinking 4 cups a day does wonders for your skin.

I don't think I could drink green tea...but I could swallow some green tea pills:)
I probably am just normal.I just hate feeling this way.I just like to go go go and I haven't been able to lately.By rights I shouldn't eat as many sweets and take my vitamins.I would probably feel better then

Lori- we all have a tendency to be hard on ourselves so don't be. You work hard, your gonna get tired.
Lipton does sell flavored green tea which is pretty good (Mint,Honey,Lemon-Ginseng, Orange-Passionfruit). You may like that kind which is tasty.
Sweets will wreck havoc on your moods making you feel blue when normally you wouldn't be so I would try to eliminate those sweets if you can.
