Although I seem energetic because of my personality and my pretty disciplined exercise routine, I am actually struggling with energy since having a baby. I had my baby 15 months ago, and not only do I take a cat nap everyday, but I am finding it hard to stay awake after 8pm. I had a physical in May, so anemia was ruled out. In fact, my doctor complimented me on how fit and healthy I was. I have always eaten a variety of veggies, fruits, whole grains and lean protein, so I don't know what I should change in my diet. I take a multivitamin.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Have you Body RX folks found increased energy?
