Is one of the effects of overtraining a loss in endurance? It seems like my cardio workouts are much wimpier these days and I was wondering if that was the cause?
 
Hi Cbelle! Yes, you can feel winded much sooner or simply lethargic with the entire course of your workout if you are overtrained. Sometimes a few days or even a week of rest and good nutrition can do wonders to get you back on track. Hope you are feeling better soon!
