Email failed?? Cannot figure out my inbox??

I am computer illiterate! I tried sending an email, but it kept coming back to that person as failed. Weird. Does anyone else have this problem??

I can't help you but this is what happened when I tried to email Cathe directly. I guess this is normal??

Maybe the address your emailing to is no good.
