For those of you that do CC workouts on an elliptical, I bow to you...
I joined the gym across from my work today and did CCV2 on an elliptical for the first time. My legs and buns were burning almost immediately. I WAS IN HEAVEN!!!!
Previous to this, I've only done them on a stationary bike. Which is hard in it's on right but the elliptical totally rocks.
The only downside to doing a CC in a gym atmosphere is people. It took all I had to contain my outbursts of enthusiasm. At the end when Coach says to raise your arms above your head and yell "bring it on, Coach", my arms were almost up there before I stopped myself...
