eBayers beware

I was just on eBay looking at the Cathe DVDs and that seller that was selling homemade copies of Cathe's DVDs is back on there. The one I saw was a MuscleMax DVD. Now I have no idea whether this particular DVD is a copy, but I do know there were some with problems some weeks ago on this site with this problem. I read the feedback on this eBayer and he has some negative feedback complaining that what they received were not original DVDs. Read the feedback on the sellers before you buy.

I just checked it out. I noticed that he left the "condition" info blank. I will email him and ask him why he left it blank and will ask him strait out if this is a pirated copy.

I know that this is against the law, but you gotta wonder just how much money this guy is making......

Wow! I would never buy from that seller anyway (3801 right?). The listing said because of the low shipping charged, they will not do confirmation OR any emails! What a jerk! Not to mention the "bargain" $1.00 shipping is low, but they want you to pay $6.00 for insurance that costs about 45 cents!

I went through many of his previous sold items (the ones that weren't private, and there were several of those which scares me) and found that he sold many of the same videos several times claiming in each ad that it was rare.

It makes me so mad because there are so many people who are honest and don't do business like this and he is making people afraid to bid.

I emailed him and have yet to hear back. I will let you guys know as soon as he does.

I thought this person was reported to Ebay?
This is ridiculous. How people can blantanly sell illegal copies!

I just went over to check this out. WTF? He won't (funny how we think it's a "he", isn't it?) answer post-sale emails unless you include an extra $6? That doesn't even sound kosher to me. What if you don't receive your DVD within a month, and are writing to check when it was mailed?

I swear, some of the people who sell at Ebay write the most nasty-sounding blurbs. Or put some outrageous conditions on their sales. I don't see why people even do business with them.
