Eating Plans

Does anyone know of a good website, magazine, or book where I could find a simple and effective eating plan? I'm happy with my body now, but I just thought I'd try something new to see if I get results (more definition, increased energy levels, etc.). When I say "eating plan", I mean like the kind you find in magazines where they tell you what to prepare for every meal and snack and give you a few alternatives if those options don't suit you. I've tried the South Beach diet and it didn't work for me... one, I'm vegetarian and two, I exercise a little too hard core to not eat ANY carbs at all (obviously, I didn't get past the first two weeks). I know that clean eating is promoted heavily on this website, and a lot of the clean eating lifestyle fits in with vegetarian principles... know of any eating plans that revolve around that, for instance?

Anything would be helpful. My DH is going away this weekend for a business trip, and I thought with him not around it would be a great time to jump start a new eating regime.
