I try to eat small meals that include fruit or veggies several times per day with some protein (chix breast or salmon). I try to eat fruit and veggies in their most natural state (raw or steamed). I love egg whites and natural salsa from Publix. I also drink lots of water. I try to stay away from anything packaged. There is lots of information about clean eating on these forums. Also check the graciouspantry.com for some clean eating recipes.
