Hi,
As many are, I'm going to restart STS in January and about to redo my 1RMS. I'd like to be able to download my original results into a spreadsheet, or print them in pdf. Is this possible with the workout manager?
Also, is it possible to track strength improvements in a similar way to how we track our personal weight? For instance, it would be fun to be able to look at a graph that shows my 1RMs going up and up Very motivating.
