Earth to Marie: Coremax

Sheesh, how long has the Hard Core series been out??? All this time, I have never realized that Coremax includes premixes! DUH. I did "Balanced Core" this AM - it was a very pleasant blend of floor, med ball, and stability ball work. I can see myself using it often since it doesn't have the boredom factor of all one or another, KWIM?

But gawd, I feel like such a dummy!

Marie, thanks for posting this yesterday. I just finished the Balanced Core premix and liked it. I have never clicked with Core Max, but these premixes might just be what keeps me interested.
