Earphone question

I'm having trouble finding earphones that work for me when I run (especially on the treadmill). I've bought 2 pairs and both seem too big. They hurt my ear when I put them in and they fall out when I run. I guess they are too big???? Any suggestions on how I can find some that fit right?

Do you use earbuds or in-ear style headphones?

In ear are more conventient for running as they tend not to fall out, and you can get a fit for various size ear canals with some models that come with various sizes of in-ear caps.

The Koss does not have various sizes of ear caps, but the material that you insert into your ear is very soft . I have had luck getting Koss for my niece who has small ears too. They are cheap and sound as good as many headphones that cost thrice as much.
