Good Morning Girls

In just a minute I am going down the basement to do 4DS KB/BC combo.

Beavs~ I hope you had a nice visit with your house guests. Fun workout yesterday. I love Low Max blasts only, you really feel it that day, but no DOMs the next.:)Are you going to the gym today?

Karin~ I think 4DS is a must have. I think the weight work is tough and challenging, and the cardio is fun fun fun!! (and I'm not a big cardio gal) After doing Cathes 4DS rotation I got great results.I like the push/pull way she uses the weights and the leg workout is one of my favorites(my other favorite being L&G) I have been doing the Kickbox portion almost weekly since I've got it and I still love it! Boot camp is so much fun, 10(?) drills but the time flys by. I could go on and on, but I won't;-)

Deanie: that sounds like a fun combo! Low Max worked me good yeterday too ;-) Sometimes its nice to get right down to business!

Karin: Ditto was Deanie said...4DS is a must have and I like 30 minute cardio sessions that get right to the point. The weight work is awesome.


I did go to the gym today and do my total body weights. Now I'm off to scarf down some protein crunch cereal :9
 
I rose early, but I didn't workout. I had to get to work early again today and I just don't have it in me to wake up at 4 am. I got home around 5:30 and did a Spinervals workout called Muscle Breakdown. It was 50 min and brutal. I had to stop for a couple of min in the middle because I had a horrible cramp. Thank goodness it went away though.

Deanie, I hope your DH had a great day. Thanks for the 4DS info.
