i wanted to know if any of you early morning exercisers (6a.m. or earlier) do insanity first thing in the morning? My schedule is going to change soon which means i have to revert back to early morning workouts but i don't know how in the world i will be able to do such an intense workouts as insanity first thing in the morning at 5a.m. So for those that do it, how is it?
