i'd like to do cathe's july '03 fat loss rotation for june, but i'm missing some of the workouts she suggests and i'm looking to substitute what i do have.
i am missing:
CTX series (week one calls for ctx upper body)
MIC (i was thinking i could sub the hi/lo intervals from hardcore extreme)
Body Max (i do have body max 2 though, so i can sub that, i assume)
Step Fit
Step Works
PS Strong Legs and Abs (could i sub butts and guts for this?)
not sure what i should sub for the upper body b/c i don't know what sort of work is done in the CTX series - is it more for strength or endurance? as for the two step workouts i'm missing, i have no idea what's involved in them, so i'm not sure what to sub. i don't have many all step workouts. thanks for any suggestions you might have
