Hi Avril! Nice to hear from you. Actually to get great fat loss results you will want to do both cardio and weight training at the same time (not necessarily with in the same workout but in the same week or so). Since you already have PS Series I would suggest that you also get some cardio variety. I suggest Kick, Punch, and Crunch (DVD also includes a leg and glutes workout), and the Cross Train Express series so that you have a wide variety of cardio activities to choose from.
Here is a sample of how to use these selections:
You can use Cross Train Express series as is (one workout per day) and then take one day off and do this again. Do this for as many weeks as you are comfortable with while getting results.
Another option is as follows:
Monday: Kick Punch and Crunch (KPC)
Tues: PS Series Back/Biceps/Abs
Wed: CTX Step and Intervals (just the cardio, not the weights)
Thurs: Legs and Glutes (on the KPC DVD)
Fri: CTX 10/10/10 (cardio only) plus 5 minutes of your own ab workout
Sat: PS SERIES Chest/Shoulders/Triceps
Sun: OFF
