mel, this is for you b/c i know you have the workouts, but anyone else's input is appreciated.
i had to stop running a week ago (my cardio drug of choice) b/c my back was really hurting. 1 week off and i feel great other than missing it. i do spinning, the eliptical, and the cathe workouts i have which are low max, boot camp, imax2, and c and wts. what are other good cardio killers? i was king of angling towatd kpc and legs and glutes as it is a 2 for 1 thing. but the other choice was sjp and sb. what do you guys think? obvioously i will have to modify down the road as i am just 22 wks pregnant now (though i am still doing all of imax 2 fine). but it will be nice for after delivery too.
also, all you weight workout buffs, i am looking for something a little more than musc endurance (which i love). gym style or pyramid? i don't have a barbell, but i do have dumbells from 5 to 20 lbs (that is how i do m.e.).
