DVD Question

Dear SNM,
I bought the newest DVD series, and was wondering if the bonus tracts on the DVD's are chaptered? I wasn't able to click my forward button to see the next chapter when viewing it. Is this the way all the bonus tracts were made? The chapters seem to work with the other sections of the DVD's.

Premixes are different from the regular workout. A premix is nothing more than a computer program that tells your player what to play next. I would not suggest using your "fast forward button" when using premixes. It may work on some players, but I'm sure on others it will not work.
