Hi everyone! Just a quick question...I was wondering what you all preferred between step portion of BM2 and the new HIS from the 4DS. I don't really ever do, what I call step...I usually take bits and pieces of Cathe's workouts and do my own mish-moshes (i.e. blasts only or the power circuit segement). And, I wouldn't call Drill Max a step workout. I am currently learning HIS (today was my first try). I already got the first two combos down and am still on #3. I got tired though because I already worked out today (drillmax, Imax 3, BM2 power circuits, Imax 2, HSTA cardio)and did legs. Anyways, I would like to know what everyone else thinks. What is the difference? Also, if I get HIS down within the nect couple of days, should I try to learn the low impact from 4Ds or should I go onto the BM2? Thanks!

In answer to your question, I prefer the 4DS to BM2. BM2 is easier to pick up; it's only moderate choreography (lots of repetition and around the worlds). With HIS you have to think a bit more (there's very little breakdown) although after a few tries, it's not that bad.

Is this what you did for your workout today? Seriously? We are all confused. If this is what you did and you have done this more than once, then LOOK OUT. Major injury and burn out coming your way soon. Please reassure us that you do not do this much exercise on a single day, EVER. We are worried about you.

As I mentioned in my post, I take bits and pieces of the workouts and make my own workouts....the premixes...so No, I did not do all these workouts. I took the blasts and made my own workout. Trust me, all thoses workouts would be WAY TOO MUCH!!! I love doing certain blasts (the hard ones) from Imax 3 and Imax 2. }( Anyways, can anyone give me some feedback on BM2. I do like HIS and I agree thought has go into understanding the combos.

Well, I think that BM2 is more intense than LIS, and longer. I like them both but for intensity and a longer cardio, I'd go with BM2. Plus I love the chreography in that one. HTH a little?
