OOPS How did I manage to post twice? How do I delete one of them?
I hate it when this happens:
I just received a Bryan Kest yoga dvd and one from Rodney Yee from Collagevideo.com. Rodney Yee (region 1) plays just fine on my dvd player, but the Kest dvd (region 1) tells me I have a region code error. Now I have loads of dvd's with region code 1 and they all play.
I can play the Kest dvd on my pc which used to be hooked up to my tv in my pre-dvd player days. But it is inconvenient cause I have to disconnect the dvd player, and I have to walk all the way to the pc to stop/play/forward/backward/pause the dvd. Really inconvenient without a remote control. So I'll probably not use it much.
This region code error thing happened to me before with a Baron Baptiste dvd. Odd thing was, that I had another Baptiste dvd that played without any problems.
Can someone explain this or maybe have a solution which is more convenient then hooking up my pc to the tv again?
