DVD much different from FitTV Version?

I was wondering: I have done Rythmic Step quite a few times now from the Fit TV showing of it and pretty much have it down now. Is it different enough on the DVD to warrant buying it?

Right now, the DVD's I do own are:

Lo Impact Step
Cardio Hits
Low Max

Looking forward to your responses.

Rhythmic Step on Fit TV is only 44 minutes compared to 60 minutes on the DVD. I think the Fit TV version cuts the Challenge short. The DVD also comes with two other workouts -- Maximum Intensity Cardio (MIC) and Interval Max(IMAX). MIC is a 75 minutes hi/lo/step workout and IMO Cathe's toughest cardio. IMAX is a high intensity interval workout that has ten intervals (a step routine done 6 times through and then a blast with high intensity moves and a cooldown after each blast). This was one of my first DVDs and well worth the money. As you can see, we here in Catheland love to spend other people's money! But you won't be sorry. Pretty soon you'll want the whole collection just like the rest of us.

You are such a great resource! I just did Step Works for the first time and really like it! OK, so if I am looking to build my library, is there any "absolutes" you think everyone should have, and in what order? (If money were not object, I'd get them all now!).

Hey - I was in the same situation as you about two months ago - I was doing workouts with Cathe daily on FitTV and was thinking about buying the DVDs but wasn't sure it would make that much difference!

Here's one thing I want to add too ... when you do the FitTV, even if you fast forward through the ad breaks, you still get that thirty second break ... on the DVD you just keep going and I found that that combined with the full workout in its original entirety really made it more fun!

Off FitTV I was doing Step Blast, Rhythmis Step, SJP, KPC, Lo Max and Imax 2.

Here's what I bought back in the beginning of March:

Rhythmic Step / Interval Max / Maximum Intensity Cardio

Step Blast / Step, Jump, Pump

Imax 2 / Cardio & Weights

Imax 3

Lo Max

Kick Max

That's the order I would get them again too. Rhythmic Step+ is probably the most intense out of the group because of MIC, and Interval Max is hard too.

Hope this helps!
