Just wanted to say thanks for your recommendations on training for the long runs. I did 7.5 today and felt great, hills and all. I took friday off as a rest day and made sure i ate about 45minutes before my run. I felt like I could have gone farther . I love it when I feel like that on my runs. Last week I felt like crap and I hate that feeling. So BIG THANKS!!!!!!!! you guys are great!!!!
