Duplicate Terminator - am I stuck?

I have almost all of Cathe's library. I had IS on VHS, but had the Terminator DVD. DH was so sweet to get me IS on DVD, along with the terminator - so now I have 2. I've e-mailed supportCathe.com and heard nothing. Anyone know if I can return the unopened terminator - or am I stuck with two?

I am not SNM, but I would bet they would allow you to exchange it, especially since it is unopened. Nancy is the best in customer service! You should hear something soon, they are very prompt in replying to queries.

If you can't return it to SNM, you could sell it on Ebay or swap it on Ya Ya or VF forums.

I can't see why SNM wouldn't let you return it though.
