<--thought it was okay but for such a great show it was a dissapointment to <--.
<--has come to the conclusion that extra rest days are useless.:-(
<--ended up feeling worse for the day off...had a headache and was starving all day long!x(
<--sat down with Ben and Jerry's Icecream during W & G and polished off what was left of the pint which was MOST of it!!!
<--will dream of the treadmill tonight!}(
<--is hitting the gym tomorrow!

<-- swears there was no blade involved!!! it's a scrape, not a cut
