Drinking lots of water: tip for making it more appealing

I discovered something that's helping me drink more water. I've been making juice for my kids, from Tree Top frozen juice concentrate. These juices are TASTY...almost candy like. I checked, no added sugar--they're 100% juice. Anyway, I have a cup that holds about 24 oz of liquid. I fill it almost all the way, then add about 4 oz of juice, and what I get is really yummy flavored water. Easy and cheap. I've tried other flavorings before, such as sugar, Splenda, Crystal Light, Gatorade, but never been satisfied. And I definitely won't pay for slightly flavored bottled water. $$$! But the Tree Top juice is just plain yummy, IMO. The flavors I use are Ochango, Strawberry Kiwi, and Orange Passionfruit. I'm drinking a ton of water now, and it's not a pain in the butt anymore!

Good for you, Gisela!

It's all about what works for each person individually. I'm glad to hear you are drinking that all important water. I've said it before, we underestimate the power of water.
 
just one thought: it occurred to me how many people in the world would love to have the problem I had (not wanting to drink more of my ample supply of drinking water). sigh.

But hey, this is a fitness forum, so griping about drinking more water is in context!
