Drill Max & shoulder work

First off let me say I really, really love this workout. It is so high on the fun factor!

I find it interesting that almost every drill includes shoulder work (I think there might be one or two that don't but I can't remember off the top of my head--maybe the one with the stability ball squats?). I've always worked my shoulders really hard b/c I'm a firm believer that no matter how much you work your bis & tris you can't see them unless you have good shoulders.

That said, the workout is pretty light on tricep, bicep & chest work. Not that I care--I get plenty of that at the gym.

So naturally this just adds to my delight re. this workout. I hope Cathe does more circuit workouts with light weights. I can't do any of her other weight training workouts b/c I just don't have the space for a bar, plates, etc. But I can handle a set of 5 & 10 lb dumbells. :)
