Hi. I was wondering if anyone has read his book Body-Fat Breakthru?? From what I've read about it this ex-Navy SEAL who transformed the bodies of Demi Moore and Janet Jackson has a series of 10 questionaires which depending on your answers directs you to one of 10 different diet plans to maximize your body fat loss, not weight loss in general. It places emphasis on diet and supposedly puts the benefits of exercise into "perspective". Anyone read this, tried it, what have your results been??
