I keep getting emails promoting something called Dr. Sears PACE program which promises to keep you fit in a short amount of time. It sounds like it may be based in intensity interval training, but I've not yet forked out the money to buy the book or the DVD.
Does anyone know what this is, how it works and if it is simply interval training? Thank you.
