Don't SIt up Straight-The Idea in Better Posture

Very interesting article with surprising findings, Kassia. Personally, I do not feel comfortable at all at the 135 degree position and find the 90 degree angle much less of a strain on my back. Anyone else?

Well, to tell the truth, I adjusted my position to the 135 degree angle while reading the article - and immediately got relief from that ache at the back of my neck that I get while working at a desk all day. However - I couldn't reach my desk without sitting forward again!
