Dont know what to eat for breakfast anymore

I have food allergies to dairy, eggs, oats, corn and rice. What can I eat for breakfast? My breakfast is usually after I workout so just fruit is never enough :(
Any ideas?

How about quinoa (a whole grain) or amaranth or buckwheat or barley or another grain you aren't alergic to? Either as whole, cooked grains (with soy milk and raisins and ground flax?) or dry cereal with soy milk.

Also, there's no reason why you have to have "breakfast" foods for breakfast. Lentil soup with a whole grain (again, whatever you aren't alergic to), bean burritos (in a lettuce wrap or a grain that you can handle). Bean soup? Think out of the (cereal) box!

How about soy milk? My preferred brand is 8th Continent Vanilla.
How about Kashi cereal? Go Lean or Go Lean Crunch are good.
How about fruit with it?
Are you OK with peanut butter on a high fiber toast or bagel? Thomas now has a low carb whole wheat bagel with good taste. I'm not sure if there are ingredients in it that you are allergic to or not, but check the label. Or you could melt some soy cheese on your high fiber toast or whole wheat tortilla~ quick and easy!

Interesting thing about Kashi is it contains sesame. I am highly allergic to sesame seeds and oil.x( Go figure! I've only heard good things about it so wish I could eat it.

Silk yogurt? Nuts and fruit? Or peanut butter on apples, bananas? Smooties with soy milk only? Almond milk on some grain cereal you can eat, with flax seed on top?

Katia,

I'm glad I mentioned that then. I would never have even thought a breakfast cereal would contain sesame...but it's in Kashi.

I am not allergic to peanuts per say but if I have peanut butter, I breakout in the worst pimples imagineable. So I guess it's sort of a food allergy.

You are really limited, aren't you!

Good luck!

How about veggie hotdogs -- think of them as breakfast sausages!

Or maybe some chicken? I always cook chicken on Sundays so I can have it handy all week long. Don't see why you couldn't have that for breakfast. Unless, of course, you're a vegetarian.

Potatoes!! I'm allergic to soy, oats, and corn so I understand what you're going through. It's so difficult to plan meals. Potatoes are a great carb, nutritious, and a whole food instead of a processed cereal grain. Good luck!
