i started exercising about a year and a half ago. i started with cindy crawford to denise austin. then i found the firm bootcamp which i did for about 6 mos until i got cathe. right before i started cathe i was 137lbs. which i was happy for cause my goal weight was 132. but now i'm 147lbs and completely discouraged. my eating hasn't changed. and the firm didn't give me the pain that cathe does so i don't know what i'm doing wrong. now after finding my husband on three different adult websites my self esteem has bottomed out and i just feel like a fat ugly pig. i haven't done any tapes in over a week which i feel guilty for but i just can't bring myself to do it. any advice?
