Hello there- hoping someone knows a liitle bit about this- me- I just learned what the abbr. meant a few weeks ago on this forum- my question is- if you work out total body 3x week (weights) and lets say you feel DOMS 2 days after you've worked out, so on a day where you're supposed to work out again-do you do your body a service by working out through that muscle soreness or are you supposed to maybe delay your workout by a day?? I have heard that the muscle breaks down and then builds back stronger- right? So are you interrupting that cycle if you work out while feeling that soreness (good sore, not bad) Does any of this make sense?? deb
