Hello Cathietes.

After taking time off after a foot injury while doing the Step Blast Challenge, I am looking forward to getting back into the schedule. Getting ideas what will be my first workout, it might be LM, KPC, or MM. Anyone else took a break of a scheduled routine this summer? Normally, I have my workouts planned for the whole week before I begin the first one which is series by series. The weather is getting cooler here so I may begin before the Holiday.
Lurking about what you all are doing is a motivator for me, so thanks for giving me the incentive to get back into it.
 
I took a break from most weight training this summer (not really planned: I just got into power walking wearing a weighted vest, and didn't take the time to add in extra weight workouts).

My first 'jumping back in' workout was Power Hour, done with light weights (NONE on the lunge section). It was a real test of being able to put my ego to the side (and hard not to compare the weights I usually used when doing the workout with what I was choosing to use this time).
 
At work, they're talking about a weight/workout challenge. If it's weight, it could hurt me cause muscle weighs more than fat. Any suggestions will help. TIA.
