DOMS in my back!! What did I do yesterday???

I guess it was Kick Max - maybe I was punching harder than I thought? I've never been sore in my back after that workout, and it's exactly where I've been trying to work! Guess I'd better do KM more often!
 
Are we talking about that notorious spot that sits defiantly below the bra? If so, I am buying kickmax as soon as I get home tonight!!!

Kickboxing and boxing will work the lats well! As well as the arms and shoulders. That's one reason kickboxing is one of my favorite forms of cardio.
