So my knee issue is better. I saw the Dr Monday, I have to do a month of PT, but he also said I can walk, do low impact aerobics and do light weights, if it doesn't bother me. No heavy weights and no jumping for now. So I did L&G last night after a month of almost no leg/glute work. It felt so good to be "back in the saddle" again. My backside is soooo sore today, and its absolutely WONDERFUL!!!! It hurts to sit and to stand, but I feel so much better that I can do something again. Can't wait til I can jump again.
