Doing the shortest workout....

I got burned out from working out. I'm trying to get back in the swing of things, but know if I hit it hard & long again, I won't stick with it. I run 45 minutes on the treadmill 4 or 5 days a week. I want to work my arms, abs and legs. I have Muscle Max, Core Max, High Step Challenge and Pyramid Upper/Lower Body. Any suggestions, of what parts of these DVDs I can do without doing everything. I know all of them would be the better choice, but I also know myself.
Thanks
Wendy

Premixes are often great for this reason. I know MM has an upper body push/pull that is 33 min. The full body timesaver is just under an hour. Check out other premixes to see where you want to focus.

My grandmother started walking five miles a day when she was sixty. She's ninety-seven now, and we don't know where the hell she is.

Hi Wendy,

I often split Pyramid Upper Body into two separate workouts, doing chest and back on one day, and shoulders, bi's, and tri's on another. I think if you tack on an ab workout (PUB abs or another ab workout) to the end of either of those, you could fall within 30-40 minutes or so and still get a nice workout.

ETA - With PUB, you could also do just the pyramid up or just the pyramid down, and decrease the amount of time spent, but still hit all the upper body parts.

The Pyramid DVD also has a wonderful Combo premix that combines Upper and Lower. It's about an hour, including warm-up and cool down. I can't remember... it may have abs from PUB, as well.

High Step Challenge has a super 30 minute Timesaver premix that hits everything quite well. It includes all the cardio, shaves off some of the weight work, and doesn't include the abs.
