So I was sleeping on the couch and I was dreaming I was on a cruise. Suddenly, from the workout room, I heard Step Blast, and thought, "Hey, I know this one!" So I go in, and there are two guys doing the Step Blast routine. But....there is no visual, no screens...just Cathe's music and cuing. And the two guys trying to work out to it are screwing it all up.
I'm just about to go in and take over (LOL) when I wake up and realize I'm on the couch, and the TV is on Fit TV, and Cathe's on doing Step Blast! LOL I think I dreamed about the cruise because Caribbean workout is on before that, and I would have been listening to the steel drums in my sleep.
Here's hoping I got some aerobic benefit out of that dream. LOL
