I have a quick question for all you dog lovers, I have to make this short b/c I have a workout to get done
We have 2 dogs. One is older and is fixed. While the other one who got about 4 yrs ago, with intentions of getting fixed but when DH was laid off, it kind of got put on the back burner and it never got done. Our dogs are both males and aren't running all over town, so we aren't exactly populating the world here When we built our new house a couple yrs ago, i was pregnant so we decided that the downstairs would be the dogs area, so they dont' have the full run of the house, with more mess for us to clean.
ANYWAY...(im never gonna get on the TM here) we had a flood in our basement about a month ago. Over the past couple of weeks, we have been getting the renovations done. When its nice out, the dogs will spend the day in the kennel but when its done, they just stay inside.
For some reason, our younger dog, is peeing everywhere! He will spend all day outside, but as soon as he comes in, he pees somewhere. DH is royally ticked b/c he is after peeing on boxes of flooring that we have and ruining it. The workers must think we live in a s^&t hole b/c every morning that they come in , he is after peeing somewhere.
Why is he doing this all of a sudden? Is it b/c of the different smells downstairs? I know I need to make an apt to get him fixed and I think that will solve the problem. But then I think, dogs that are breed Im sure aren't peeing all over their owners house, right? He knows what he is doing is wrong b/c when you go downstairs and see the mess, you can't find him.
Any insight?
