IMO, the owners' need to be more concerned about this, for the sake of their guests, but ALSO for the sake of their dogs. The next person who is bitten may report this, and authorities may take action.

Yeah, I agree. Particularly with the first dog (a known bitter) the owners should be very concerned. This dog has bitten several other guests and put one of the owners in the hospital after a bite. With regard to the second dog, as far as I am concerned she is now a known bitter. I really hope the owners take it seriously particularly if there are children around.
