Does this work as good as...?

Does working out twice a day 3 days a week give the same results/benefits as working out once a day 6 days a week?
 
I don't see why not...

I suppose if you were looking to boost your metablism and burn fat, you might benefit more from 6 days per week because your metabolism would get a boost each time you exercise.
 
I think that work out twice a week is too much tired.I think that is better work out once 6 days a week.
 
I'll take a stab at this. I would say not--I would think the best way to raise your metabolism and burn fat consistently would be to work out 5-6 days a week rather than 3.
