My sister and I have been doing Cathe for about 6 months and my sister feels like she is getting a little bulky, she is 5'2 and weighs about 120 about 5-10 overweight. I was telling her that I read about Freestyle training here and was wondering what kind of results you get versus traditional lifting. THAnk you :)

Maybe not scalewise but her bodyfat percentage is about 24% and she seems flabby (in her words not mine).

ok, it just that I am 5' 2 also and weight 139 which is slightly overweight and i too have a lot of that weight on my lower body. i am about to start a rotation using the freestyle method talked about to see if it helps. i would love to be 120

My sister and I are about the same weight, but we are both pretty flabby, I am going to start the Aug. 2004 rotation again until my Freestyle book comes. I also ordered P90X and SLimseries. But I have this back issue right now so I have to hang low, it is def. a food issue with me though :(

I totally can relate to the food issue. I know if my eating habits were better I would be losing weight. I am working on it though. I have am doing the March muscle endurance rotation but I will try to modify to do the freestyle training and see how that works out.

I've been doing freestyle for about 6 weeks. You will not bulk if you follow this kind of workout. I don't much regard weight I want my legs toned and strong, so far so good...:)I know many women that have had awesome results including many here...Beverly (run4fun) and Rhonda (rcook). It never hurts to try something new to shock those muscles...:)...Carole

Actually it depends on where you carry that weight, for me at 5'2" 120 lbs is a little over weight.... Rhonda
