There was a run posted back a while ago. I remember reading that the people who did it noticed that it melted the fat around their middle. It was something along the lines of running as fast as you can for 10sec and returning to normal for 10sec? But I am not sure and I don't know how long the run is suppose to take .I know its not the BFL one.Its a differnt one.
I am really interested in trying this, so if anyone as any info it would be greatly apprecited
