Hi Cathe or anyone,

I'm posting this question again (sorry) but I have a question about plyometric exercises...will things like jump squats, plyo plies, power lunges, etc. cause my legs to become bigger? I'm naturally muscular and would like to decrease the size/muscle in my legs. I'm trying to back off HEAVY weight training but many of Cathe's DVD's have the plyo. exercises (which I love). I'm just wondering if these exercises are good for decreasing the "muscular look" in my legs. I want lean legs! HELP!

If you are looking for an answer from "anyone," I suggest you post this in the Open Discussion forum. ;-)
 
Plyo exercises will lean you out. It takes weight training to build any real mass. If you want to see what plyo does, look at the legs of a beach volleyball player. They do plyo all day.
