Does anyone have this tape??

This was one of Cathe's early tapes - maybe 1990 or 91? She doesn't offer it anymore because it is kind of dated. But it's actually a great workout - light and moderate weights but lots of reps, and she uses ankle weights. In fact, I recognized some of the exercises in her new Body Blast Legs and Glutes tape! It's funny how exercises go in and out of vogue!
