Hi,

I just got this new dvd "Squeeze Stronger" by Tracy Effinger I just watched it and it looks really good. I was just wondering what you all thought of it? And what kind of calories or MET roughly would it be in the Workout manager?

Thanks in Advance for your comments.;)

Hugs!

This is my favorite of the 3 Squeezes. Can't believe the burn you can get with such light weights!

Not sure about the exact calorie burn because I usually pair this with something else and calculate the total.

Great workout, but I don't do it as much because it is long ( 85 minutes in all ). I should probably utilize the premixes, it would be worth it. I use a broom handle for the "stick" and it works out fine. Great production and Tracey is really a great motivator.

I have the lower body squeeze and everytime I use it I get DOMS. Which I don't get from STS. It's short only 30 minutes but I LOVE it!

As Conni said, great workout but too long. I've only done the whole thing once or twice. I usually do the premixes (upper and lower body) which are between 38-45 minutes. I don't like the warmup. I feel the deadlifts are too fast. The best part of the DVD for me is the pretzel/clam combo. The arm section is good but I actually prefer the arms section in the original Squeeze a bit better.

Hi all!

Hello! :) I'm a lurker finally showing herself...

Anyways, I have the squeeze stronger and there's a few moves in it that I really really like, but the workout as a whole I just never got into. It could be the length, but I feel like it just doesn't have that magic that the first one has.

Some of the moves are really innovative and great, reminding me of the original Squeeze, but some of them seem a little too creative. Like making things weird or awkward just for the sake of it.

Also, the music! I'm tempted to mute it sometimes. Those weird little sirens are exactly what I don't want to hear when I'm working out.

Bottom line, when I feel like squeezing, I usually pick the original. Or the lower body one (ouch!).

I like all the Squeeze workouts including Squeeze Stronger and yes, the burn you can get from lighter weights and "squeezing" and really listening to what Tracy says about form is quite amazing. I want to do the Squeeze Down rotation using all the Squeeze workouts instead of just the original Squeeze but as much as I like these workouts, it may be too much Squeeze for me. Squeeze Stronger has two great premixes: Upper & Waist/Lower & Abs. I also love to do the 80 min. workout as is. I don't enter anything into the workout manager so I can't help you with that or how many calories it burns, etc. I can tell you that I work hard and sweat buckets!
