Hi Everyone,
I'm having such a great time with wild sourdough starter (without the comercial yeast). Just wondering if anyone out there would like to share their sourdough starter. Just spread the extra sourdough starter on waxed paper and dry for 24 hours, even if it is as little as 2 tablespoons, then peal it off and place in a zip lock bag. I'll send to whoever has one, a self stamped addressed envelope for the dehydrated starter. Plus a dollar for your troubles.
I've tried a couple of different ones so far, and they both have distinct flavors. I was so impressed, and thought perhaps I could try others as well.
Love to hear from you,
Janie
