I have been noticing the infomercials for Brazillian Butt Lift and was wondering if any of you have done this? If so, what were your results or thoughts on this. I appreciate all your thoughts and opinions.
I once did a rotation of BBL (modified a bit to suit my liking) and got great results. I definitely slimmed out through the thighs, glutes and waist line.
I enjoyed it but I also added leg presses to it, felt the leg presses were missing from the overall workout (love/hate relationship w/leg presses!). His weight section I enjoyed alot.
